Cunningham C3 Continental Coupé, 1952, by Vignale. In order to compete at Le Mans as a car manufacturer it was necessary for Briggs Cunningham to produce at least 25 road cars. The C3 was designed by Giovanni Michelotti and built by Vignale in Italy using chassis shipped from Cunningham’s West Palm Beach facility powered by Chrysler Hemi V8 engines. Total production amounted to 18 coupes and 9 convertibles.
